We want you to feel confident when shopping at ToolLife. If something is wrong with your order, we are here to help.
Order Issues & Damaged Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

your item arrives damaged

you receive the wrong product
-
your product is defective or not working properly
We will request photos or a short video so we can review the issue and provide the best solution (replacement, reshipment, or refund depending on the case).
Change of Mind / Wrong Item Ordered
Because our products are processed and shipped quickly, we do not accept returns for change of mind or if the wrong item was ordered.
Please make sure to review product details carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped.
Once an order is in processing or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and logistics reasons, the following cannot be returned:

power tools and electrical items that have been used

products without original packaging
-
items damaged due to misuse

clearance or promotional items
Lost or Never-Arrived Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window:

Contact us with your order number

We will check tracking and contact the carrier

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a replacement or refund
Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for automatic refunds, but we will still investigate and try to help.
Returns Process (if approved)
If a return is approved:

items must be returned in original condition

the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or our error
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and confirmed.
Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds usually take:

3–7 business days to appear on your bank or card statement
